How long does it take to process my order?
Online orders are processed immediately and a receipt and serial number are automatically emailed to you, along with information to help you get started with EquineMax. A CD of the EquineMax software can be mailed to you on request.

What is the difference between the purchased and trial versions?
The trial version is limited to use only 30 days from the installation date and places a limit on the number of active horses that can be entered. When a serial number is entered, the full version of EquineMax will be enabled.
